How do I return or exchange a product?

What is Printree’s Cancellation policy?

Please feel free to contact our customer service department to cancel an order either partially or fully. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse we cannot cancel the order. If an order is cancelled by you, any amount that has already been paid will be refunded in the form of store credit.

What is the process for paying Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

At the time of receiving your shipment, at the given address, is when you will be asked to kindly make full payment in cash.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. However, on rare occasions, it can take 7-8 business days.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Sorry, no. The shipping address cannot be modified after an order has been placed.

Can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

No. You can always place a new order for the new desired item.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered by our courier partner at your doorstep.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive a conformation email. That means that your order has been successfully placed.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No, not at this moment in time.
